The responsible parties mentioned in section (B) above are committed to protecting your privacy and recognise that it needs to comply with statutory requirements in collecting, processing, and distributing personal information. The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa provides that everyone has the right to privacy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”) includes the right to protection against unlawful collection, retention, dissemination and use of personal information.
